1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ParlayAudit, SlipBless, BlessMySlip, ScanYourSlip, BetCheckup, or SlipGods (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides entertainment and informational analysis of sports betting slips. We use AI and statistical analysis to evaluate betting slips and provide scores, insights, and suggestions. The Service does not guarantee any outcomes and is for entertainment purposes only.

3. Lifetime Access - Scope & Limitations

"Lifetime access" refers solely to continued access to the slip upload and slip-checking tools as they exist at the time of purchase. This includes the ability to upload betting slips and receive automated slip evaluations.

Lifetime access does NOT include:

• Future features, tools, or analytics
• Projections, models, or dashboards
• Future sports or premium services
• Game scripts, EV models, or sport-specific analytics
• Any paid premium tools added after purchase

"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the slip-checking service—not the lifetime of the purchaser. We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue the slip-checking service at any time.

Access may be revoked for misuse, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violation of our Terms. Lifetime access is non-transferable and non-resellable.

4. No Gambling Advice

IMPORTANT: The Service does not provide gambling advice, tips, or recommendations. Our analysis is for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not:

• Guarantee any betting outcomes
• Recommend specific bets or wagers
• Provide financial or investment advice
• Encourage or promote gambling

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or at our discretion. Free tier users may upgrade at any time. Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR HARM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY GAMBLING ACTIVITIES. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.
